We are a Canadian-owned self storage facility, located conveniently just one half a block east of Lickman Road exit 116 on Yale Road in Chilliwack B.C.

Who We Are

Opened in 2002, we are a local business you can trust. Our buildings are access controlled and securely video monitored. The site has gate access controls and locked access doors with individual pass code access control.

24-Hour Surveillance

We have video cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the facility.

Long Access Hours

Individual access control enables facility access from 7am to 9pm daily.

Available Commercial and Industrial Lease space

Our two storey buildings at the front of the complex have external access commercial or industrial lease spaces. Check with our staff for availability.
